If your proposal is of interest, our promotions team will get in touch. We aim to review submissions within 14 days.

All padel rackets and accessories come with a 3 month warranty from the date of delivery against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.

Covered:

• ​Structural or material faults that appear during normal, intended use (e.g., frame or surface defects not caused by impact).

Not covered:

• Damage from impacts (walls, floor, other rackets)
• ​Misuse, modifications, or improper storage
• ​Normal wear such as chips, scratches, worn grips, or end caps

If you believe your item is faulty, email [email protected] with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll assess each case and, where a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we’ll repair, replace, or refund the item and cover the cost of sending the replacement to you.

If you’ve changed your mind or made a mistake, contact us at [email protected] as soon as possible.  

We can cancel or modify orders within 24 hours of placement, provided they haven’t been handed to our courier.

Once an order is dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled, but you can return it under our returns policy. Approved cancellations are refunded to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

As soon as your package is packed and a shipping label is generated, we’ll email you a tracking link. If you haven’t received this within 48 hours of ordering, check your spam folder or contact [email protected].

Delivery times are listed on our Delivery & Returns page. Our logistics team is closed on weekends, so orders placed after Friday 14:00 GMT will be processed on Monday.

Inspect the package as soon as you receive it. If there’s damage, email [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the packaging and the product

We’ll open a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

If you’ve received the wrong item, contact [email protected] with your order number and a photo of what you received.

We’ll ship the correct item at no cost and email you a prepaid return label for the incorrect one.
