Terms & Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the CCO Sport Ltd website (the “Service”).

The Service is operated by CCO Sport Ltd (“us”, “we”, or “our”). We are registered in Scotland under company number SC885763 and have our registered office at Office 371, 18 Young Street, Edinburgh, United Kingdom, EH2 4JB.

By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

Other Terms That Apply

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Delivery & Returns Policy, which also apply to your use of the Service.

Our Service and Who It Is For

Our Service is primarily directed to consumers in the United Kingdom and European Economic Area, but we sell worldwide where shipping is available. We do not represent that content available on or through the Service is appropriate for use or available in all locations.

Promotional Offers

We may offer reduced prices, discounts or promotional codes when purchasing multiple products or during specific campaigns. Any applicable savings will be shown on product pages or at checkout.

  • Savings and promotions cannot be used in conjunction with other offers or promotional codes unless we state otherwise.
  • If a promotional code is used, other marked savings may be adjusted or removed at checkout.
  • Two promotional codes cannot be used together unless otherwise stated.
  • We reserve the right to end a promotion at any time unless an end date has been specified.
  • We reserve the right to cancel an order where we reasonably believe a promotion has been abused.

Intellectual Property

We are the owner or licensee of all intellectual property rights in the Service and in the material published on it. These works are protected by copyright laws and treaties and all such rights are reserved.

You may print or download extracts from the Service for your personal, non-commercial use. You must not modify downloaded or printed materials, use images, photographs, video, audio or graphics separately from accompanying text, or use any part of our content for commercial purposes without obtaining permission from us or our licensors.

Our status, and that of any identified contributors, as the authors of content must always be acknowledged.

Security and Misuse of the Service

You are responsible for configuring your information technology, computer programmes and platform to access the Service and should use appropriate virus protection software.

You must not knowingly introduce viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other malicious or technologically harmful material. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, the server on which it is hosted, or any connected server, computer or database, or attack the Service through a denial-of-service or distributed denial-of-service attack.

A breach of these provisions may constitute a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990. We may report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and cooperate with them where required.

Orders, Prices and Payment

All orders placed through the Service are offers to purchase. A binding contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, including where there has been a pricing error, suspected fraud or product unavailability. If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will provide a full refund as soon as reasonably practicable.

Prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges, duties and taxes will be shown at checkout where applicable.

For international orders, the checkout price may include import duties and taxes collected under Royal Mail’s Postal Delivery Duties Paid (PDDP) service, together with any applicable handling fees.

If we identify a clear pricing, product description or specification error before dispatch, we will contact you. You may choose to proceed with the corrected details or cancel your order for a full refund.

Delivery, Risk and Customs

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and UK bank holidays. During peak periods, processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.

We ship to the United Kingdom, selected European countries, the Republic of Ireland, the United States and other destinations shown at checkout. International shipments may be sent using Royal Mail’s Postal Delivery Duties Paid (PDDP) service.

Delivery times and charges are shown at checkout and in our Delivery & Returns Policy. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, public holidays or incorrect address information.

For consumer customers, goods remain at our risk until they come into your physical possession, or the possession of a person you nominate to receive them. Ownership passes to you once we have received full payment.

Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom or European Economic Area, or another location providing equivalent rights, you may have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods.

To cancel, please email [email protected] within the applicable cancellation period. After notifying us, you must return the goods within a further 14 days.

Goods should be unused, in their original condition and returned with all packaging, tags and accessories. You are responsible for the direct cost of returning goods unless they are faulty.

We will issue applicable refunds within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence that they have been returned, using the same payment method originally used. We may deduct an amount reflecting any reduction in value caused by unnecessary handling.

Cancellation rights may not apply to customised or personalised goods, sealed goods that are unsuitable for return once unsealed, or goods that have been used, worn, washed or damaged.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Please see our Delivery & Returns Policy for full details.

Protecting Against Fraud

We may use fraud prevention measures to protect our customers and our business. If a transaction is identified as potentially fraudulent, we may contact you for further information before dispatching an order.

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by CCO Sport Ltd.

CCO Sport Ltd has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies or practices of third-party websites or services. We recommend reviewing the terms and privacy policies of any third-party websites you visit.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.

Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you must stop using the service.
